Simple Returns & Exchanges
We design all of our own apparel in-house, print and stitch our hats and shirts locally in Atlanta and in North Carolina, and personally wear and use everything we sell. And we want to be sure you're happy with your purchase!
Don't love it? No worries! Just ship it to us or bring it to our shop in Hiawassee within 60 days, and we'll refund your original purchase price.
If you made your purchase online:
Please contact us to start your return or exchange within 60 days. We'll give you a return number and instructions on where to ship your return. We will ask you to cover the cost of the return shipping. You can also return your item in person at our store in Hiawassee to avoid shipping fees (and it'd be great to see you, too!). Once we receive your item, we'll need to make sure it's in brand new condition, and it hasn't been worn, washed or used. Then we’ll issue a refund to the original method of payment.
If you purchased your item in our brick-and-mortar hiking shop:
Please visit our store in Hiawassee to complete your exchange or return.
A few exceptions:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that is not in its new, unused, unworn state with original packaging and tags. For the safety of our customers, we also cannot accept returns on food or personal-use items, including sleeping bags, sleeping bag liners, socks, baselayers, underwear, snacks, or meals. Any product defects should be addressed directly with the manufacturer and covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
We'll ship your order from Hiawassee, a mountain town nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains near the Georgia / North Carolina border. We ship orders Monday through Friday within 1-2 days, and the same day whenever we can.
